Thank you,
I've had this new Acer all in one computer for about four months, everything has been going good untill tonight, when I tried to initiate a full scan on the system, I have done this before with no problems, but tonight it's unresponsive. I do not use ZEN, no other devices covered, but the avg zen screen is scanning. the scan is frozen at 1% / 343 topics covered, it's been there for about 2 hours. I've tried to pause the scan, and tried to stop the scan, both with no results. I've even shut the computer down and tried restarting, but the scan persists. HELP all I want to do is cancel the scan, can you please help me?
