We understand how something like this will try your patience.
Mostly this error is due to the previously installed AVG program or anyother Antivirus program installed on your system.
Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system?

I have used AVG for over 10 years on many computers and have never had this problem. It just wont install. erroe code 0xC0070643
