Installed AVG on Win7 sp1 laptop
got to 99% and screen saver turn on and now computer can no longer log into windows
turned off by holding power button
unit reboots to windows users page but each user login only goes to a black screen where mouse is still functional but no windows icons or additional loading takes place
stuck on black screen with mouse operational but that is it
