I submitted my diagnostic on December 4.  How long can I expect to wait back to hear results?

What is the typical time-frame to receive a response on the diagnostic findings?

I am running Windows 8.  I am attempting to install AVG Free after uninstalling.   I have run the Remover exec MANY times.   Still, I get through almost the entire install.  After I skip entering my email address for creating an account, I get this:

I've run remover and Rest but to no avail.  I've been working on this six hours. Any help would be appreciated.

I submitted my diagnostic on December 4, 2016.  I haven't heard back from anyone.  Is there another path to take to get an answer.   I just want to install AVG free.

Avinash, the diagnostic finished successfully.  I did see, while it was running, an error message pop up about a VCRUNTIME*.dll that was/is missing, but the diagnostic tool kept running.   I attached my cab log file from the installation failure.  Thank you for your help.

All other anti-virus and malware programs have been removed.  I attempted to install again.  The Download bar got about 60% completred.  I was then asked to create an AVG Account to protect all devices.  I already have an AVG Acct. I was getting ready to skip, when the error message appeared again. I saved the logs.
