I have done that - twice. Using AVG_Protection_Free_1606.exe. Since my download speeds are so slow it takes hours to install unless I wait till 3AM to start.
I also tried using another email address john.m.danner@outlook.com. When I installed the Android version theft protection it evidently merged the accounts.
The problem is that somehow the subscription is picked up from my AVG account. Can you remove or expire the subscription from my AVG account? Or if you'll delete both accounts I'll start from scratch.
The original issue is that when I invited the second computer the link provided was to the Pro trial install and not the free version.and I didn't notice it. So the trial was installed inadvertently.

I installed the AVG free version on 2. computers and an Android phone. Now it shows to be AVG Pro with an expiration date in 28 days. I wanted to test the free version to see if it meets my needs. Can the trial subscription be deleted from my account before the expiration date?
As I mentioned previously. I have uninstalled (using your tool) on TWO computers and reinstalled TWICE using the free installer and have gotten the same results. I am unwilling to reinstall again until the subscription is removed from my account. Can you tell me how to delete my accounts, or remove the subscription from the existing accounts?
Otherwise I'll have uninstall and go to another product.
I do not need the full Pro product. My computers are protected by adequate firewalls and my email is screened bt Proofpoint. All I need is antivirus.
