I just re installed. Ran deep scan. It froze at 5%screenshot of frozen screen

Every time I run AVG free my computer freezes after it gets to 6%. It says it’s working on roit kits. Why should I do?

It seems that your PC performance is very slow to run the files. I would request you to boot your PC in Safe mode with Networking and try to run the Sysinfo.

Louis, I see that one of our senior technical team sent you an email to get connected with our remote for collecting more data associated with AVG.
Please ignore the disclaimer provided for Windows XP in their email.
There are chances for senior team to get connected via remote even if you are using Windows XP SP3.

I would request you to reinstall AVG Antivirus free [Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection] and run a Deep computer scan (it will take some time to complete the scan).

If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot of the scan progress to check and escalate the case to the senior team.

I have completelt un installed twice and re installed. No problem. It's when I run a scan is where it gets stuck at 6%. I can't send a screenshot because it's currently uninstalled. Computer was freezing (while AVG installed) even when not running a scan as well. hasnt frozen at all since I removed. What should I do next?
