AVG performed an auto-upgrade to version 17.3.3011 dated 30th March 2017. Since then I get a message telling me that AntiVirus Free is Not Protected. Click on the icon to Fix Now and everything goes green - for about 10 seconds then back to the error.
I can see a message that "protection will be enabled following PC restart". I've restarted several times but still go back to the same issue. I've also tried a clean install of AVG but still it's the same!!
OS is Windows XP, which I prefer to Windows 10 etc and I wish to keep!! Can AVG be rolled back to a trouble-free version - like before this "upgrade"?
Any help gratefully received.
