As stated I have only started getting issues after the latest update.
I tried uninstalling using your uninstaller in safe mode + registry clean, then reinstalling, but the issue remains.

Virus Definitions Version: 241014-4

No error message just Icarus creating a new random file each time:
It appears to create a new one every couple of hours.

Been using AVG for years.
After last update I started to get issues with Icarus.
It creates a new temp folder and file each time, typically:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\AVG\Icarus\avg-av\temp\nnnnnnnnnnnnnn.exe
This means that it cannot be captured by my Comodo firewall and now needs to be allowed several times per day.
How do I go back to not having it generate a new folder and filename each time?
