2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Starting to get pissed off. This I guess is a wide problem however is so why do I need to have continual remote sessions to not fix anything. I have sent the detail about the last diagnostic session and now AVG does not recognise my email address?

I have followed instructions 1 - 7 having additionally done a search for "AVG" after running the remover, this got rid of a lot more junk.
Still the same problem:

I now have to have another remote session between these hours AU Eastern time: 1 AM - 10 AM, being someone who works for a living I'm finding this difficult. Rediculous requirement.
I'm getting an Invalid License message with AVG Free
Have tried installed AVG Free twice with the same result.
AVG remover tool was used to remove previous older install of AVG as it would not uninstall.
OS is Windows7 64bit
Any assistance would be appreciated as I am ready to walk and start using Avast which I actually don't like that much, but what do you do.
