I have tried repairing and reinstalling AVG and it still doesn't save the names of devices.  Not all, some stay saved as what I enter, but others will not save they revert each time I close the inspector and reopen it the names change back to the default.

I uninstalled AVG Free using AVGClear per support's request and reinstalled it and it seems to be working now.

How do I save the device names when I run Network Inspector?  I run the inspector and it finds all my devices and I go in a edit each one and give it a name and a type icon and save it.  Then when I rerun inspector or if I just go back in ad look at the last results the names are all back to the defaults again and some of the devices are shown as unconnected even though the are on and connected to my network.  It's very frustrating and inconsistent.

This screenshot was taken AFTER the names changed back to the default. 
The SONY should be Blu-Ray
Note 10 should be Lauras Phone
Gametec should be NANCYS-PC
AMPAK should be PORCH Camera
AzureWave should be Jenns LapTop
Galaxy S9 should be Jenns Phone

Now some of the devices  the changed name remains there like the [TV] Living Room.  That is fine and didn't revert to the default.
