AVG Free Not installing

Hello Lori,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Did you use/install any third party antivirus program before? May I know if you used 'AVG Remover Tool' to remove AVG traces and then tried reinstalling your AVG Free program? Thank you.

I keep getting the error 0xc0070643.  AVG will not install.  Keep getting this error.  HP Laptop with Windows 10.  Please help?
