AVG Free offline updates

Unfortunately, the offline updates is no longer available in the recent update.

I have a PC with AVG Free that doesn't have an Internet connection. With v2016 and prior, I could download the update files and choose "update from directory". It appears like starting in v2017 that isn't possible in the Free version. Is that correct?
