Facts: 1. This is a laptop, 2. I have a paid 2015 Ultimate AVG.
History: 1. I did not know the cause of error, so I used my other laptop to connect to certain website (my other laptop does not have an AVG Internet Security), 2. Later, I removed the AVG (using AVG remover, because it blocked my proprietary certificate), and installed other Internet Security product, and it is proofed that my 2015 Ultimate AVG caused this error, 3. Some days ago I removed the other Internet Security product (it is a trial version). Somehow, the Free AVG is installed instead of the paid AVG (I guess I did not logon to AVG when I installed this software).
Today: 1. I removed the Free AVG (succeed); logon to AVG and installed my paid AVG, unfortunately it is failed (no AVG product in the Programs and Features list after restarted my laptop as required by Zen). 2. I used the AVG remover again, restarted my laptop, login to AVG, download the paid AVG file, and installed my paid AVG again; and FAILED again.
My question: How to solve this problem? Have anyone ever experienced this kind of problem?
Known solution: Install other (not AVG) Internet Security software. What can I do?

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
