AVG Free, Outlook wont open

Hi Rune,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
What error message you get when accessing Outlook when AVG installed?

Hi there,

Windows 10 pro. Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus (PC).

Can not open Outlook after installing avg free. After deleting avg, Outlook worked again. Installed avg for second time and Outlook will not open.

It looks like the AVG threat detection popup appears only when you try to access some emails on Outlook which has some attachments.
Could you please check and confirm whether it appears only when you try to send/receive emails on Outlook with attachments?
