Regarding AVG TuneUp activation, as we're advised not to post your activation code in public forum, I have sent an email regarding it.

Please check the email and follow the instruction to activate.

Virus definitions in AVG Antivirus FREE might have caused a technical glitch, I suggest you to repair the program and check if it fixes.

I have used AVG Free for a long while and often paid for Tune Up.

TUNE UP

I resubscribed to Tune Up and the process did not give me the code number however the on line help provided it and it worked for a few days.

However, the code is no longer recognised even though it is correct.

There is no longer any on line help available from the help page,  there seems to not be any linked web site under the buttons!

AVG FREE

My AVG still works but has not updated the virus definitions for two months!  It will spend 2-3 days "seeming to be updating" but never completing!

Again no on line help available any more.
