I understand this must be upsetting and I appreciate your patience and efforts in trying to fix the issue. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.
my avg says im not protected…says computer protection is turned off…have deleted and reinstalled , checked to see if pause button is on or off…under basic protection says im protected for computer and web and email…am i protected or not
any help would be appreciated…
