Avg free removed, causing internet connection. Problems

I have removed all avg software by using uninstall program followed by running avg clear and removal. 
Problem is now that after every restart of pc, the internet connection get lost after seconds. 

As test I have installed avg again and problem was gone. Removing avg again and problem is back. 

Wat should I do to get this solved? 

Installation on windows 10.

Yes of course. The same procedure. Incl running avg clean and removal.
