AVG AnitVirus does comes with an expiry date, the program you install will work for a year after that you may have to reinstall AVG AntiVirus program on your computer. This is implemented so all the free users install the updated version of AVG AntiVirus program regularly.

Today the program displays in the notifications center that "your avg free protection has expired", and now I get propted to buy the full version. Is this supposed to be normal? I thought the free version did not come with an expiring time?
