Hi, Just had my AVG free fail with message 0XE001D009 . It would not let me in saying licence had expired. I have finally managed after about 2 hrs to delete the original 2012 installation and download again a newer one, so it is working now (I Hope) Always been happy with AVG service and hope it continues. Does anyone know why it failed me yesterday? It would not let me re new as I have no licence number and would not let me download the latest 2016 version though.
