Please note that the automatic renewal happen 3 days prior to the expiry date of 30 day trial subscription. An email notification about this had been sent to your registered email address on 25th July 2018. Are you seeking refund for the charge against recent automatic renewal?

For your information, the reason behind the early renewal is to avoid the AVG subscriptions installed on your PC expire. These 3 days are however added to the new subscription. You subscribed for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited trial version. Please note that this product is not designed for virus protection on your PC. 

AVG PC TuneUp is a computer maintenance and optimization tool that you can install together with AVG. It analyzes and fixes different issues that might occur on your computer, improves the speed of the system and makes it more secure.

If you are still using AVG free and come across an application or file that you believe is infected but it is not detected by AVG, you can submit it to us for analysis here: https://www.avg.com/false-positive-file-form.

Yes I would like refund thank you  I think that is a little perculir that the charge happens in 27 days and not thirty days, I thoughit was a thirty day free trail not a 27 day free trail.
I also did not activate the trail
  I have been using AVG free for some time now however it let a very bad virus into this computer which cost me $360 to get fixed the same thing happened to my wifes laptop and it $350, to get fiixed

Unfortunately, we do not have trial version for AVG Secure Browser. It's free feature and can be downloaded along with AVG Internet Security.
