Hello, these popups are probably legit. AVG Anti-Virus free is full of them.But if you are worried, use update button in AVG UI.

I havestarted getting popups that say "avg antivirus free needs to be updated, automatically update for improved protection, update now", in spite of having just updated AVG antivirus free. Is this a legit AVG popup or a scam? How can I tell?
