got exactly the same problem - tried following the advice above - same problem - dont even have that web browser on my system - AVG still throwing upo notifcations - its makeing my computer unuseable!

I think AVG gives an "URL:Blacklist" false positive for Editorial Manager® both in Firefox and Edge.
