AVG Free V 17.4.3014 Not auto not scanning-Ongoing Problem

Case number #04814385. Same situation. Scan indicated it started at 1500 today, but in a continuous loop like it has been since AVG downloaded the newest release on 6/7/17. Had a remote session with Karthik today, 6/15/17. Said it was working correctly after he looked at the problem and fixed it. It's not! What's the next step/solution? Thanks, Roger LaFon
