AVG Free version downloaded instead of PRO on Android phone

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps below to activate your paid subscription on your android device.

Open AVG Zen on your Android phone.
Tap on the 3 horizontal bars in the upper-left corner, and then tap Log In.
Tap Log In, fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then tap Log in.
AVG will recognize your subscription and will be activated.

Have AVG Pro on main pc (laptop)
From Zen - have just managed after many of calls to Tech people to get the Free version off my Tablet now replaced with Pro version - now have same problem with phone - downloading from Zen always downloads the Free version not the Pro - why?
