We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to follow the simple steps which mentioned in the below steps to stop the Campaign popups through email.
Step 1:Go to the footer of the email and locate sentence "To unsubscribe from AVG email, please click here". It leads to Unsubscribe from AVG email page.
Step 2:Unsubscribe from AVG email page http://www.avg.com/unsubscribe-form. Enter your email address and Submit. To prevent others from unsubscribing without customer's permission,the customer will receive a link to unsubscribe by email.After clicking the link, the customer can either unsubscribe specific emails or all of them.
Step 3:AVG MyAccount - Go to MyProfile tab and uncheck the box Keep me informed and Save Changes. If the issue persist please get back with us we are here to help you.

I recently deleted Avg-free trail version, ,so I thought ,however I keep having AVG promotional popups .
How do I rid of this constant barrage of popups
