Hello Steve,
There is no renewal for AVG Anti-Virus free program. The renewal is only for the AVG paid products. No need to renew, you will get all the updates for AVG Anti-Virus free program as usual. Thank you.

I have only the FREE version, and it works well for me. But do I ever have to renew it? Is it perpetual?  Thanks!
