I paid for a subscription to AVG that states you are fully protected. When run it provides a message that states you are fully protected. I had AVG free earlier. After running it, it provides a list of all problems found and asks if you want to resolve them, To do this you need to get another subscription. My question: what exactly did I get that is different from AVG free other than a marketing beg for more money? If I do not get a meaningful answer, I will simply eliminate AVG and find someone else. Please let me know where I have gone wrong.
Hello Mike.
We'd be glad to help you.
I see that you have active suscruiptions for AVG Internet Security. But from your issue description, I am afraid you did not seem to have activated it on your PC.
I have sent an email containing instructions to make sure the paid version is activated.
Please follow those steps and let us know if you need any further help.
