AVG free will not install

After your tech found that my windows installer was not working propoery, I located a program on a web site called major Geeks, The program was "Windows Repair". It took a while to run but Windows Repaire fixed the Windows Insaller. I tried re-loading AVG Free virus protection and ALL WORKS well now.
Thhanks for the help and direction all of your techs gave me. I appreciate it all!!

I do not have a licence for AVG Internet security nor do I wish to purchase such. All I want to do is install AVG anti virus (free) successfully.
Will running the reset access tool fic my problem??

We request you to run Reset access tool and then install AVG Internet Security via offline installation by rebooting the pc in safe mode with networking. To run reset access tool click on the following link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_ResetAccess.exe download and run reset access tool. Then reboot the pc in safemode with networking and then install AVG Internet Security via offline installation :

Sorry my friend but your suggestions did not work. I loaded and ran the reste access tool…it loaded OK and ran.
Then I went to safe mode /networking and ran offlone version of AVG free and it failed to load …it too gave me the exact same message as the screen shot i show above.
