I have problems with the new version of AVG free updating.
I always get the message "sorry we couldnt reach our update server…etc etc
I have tried all the suggested things to resolve, but none have worked. I also tried a complete uninstall and re-install, but still the same problem. This has only happened since it updated to the newest version.

These were the checks that i mentioned in my question above, which i have carried out.
This has only started happening since AVG updated itself to the Zen version.
AVG Version16.121.7859
Zen version 1.101.2.40207
