Initially, please check & mention the program version of the AVG TuneUp installed on your computer.
You can check for the program version by following the below steps:
Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > Program List > Locate AVG TuneUp in that list > Right next to it, you can check the program version.

My AVG IS FREEZING AT 15per cent when scanning disc C. It has scanned my other two drives with no problem.
