We regret for any inconvenience caused. The performance scan will run along with the virus scan if you do not have AVG TuneUp app installed on your PC. It can not be excluded from the regular virus scan. We'd like to confirm that virus scan is completed and you can review the threats detected and remove them.
We'd request to repair AVG Internet Security (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG) and check the issue once.
I start my scan, browser addons,malware and sensitive documents are all fine but when it starts scanning my preformance issues it stops at 99% and AVG completley freezes. If i try to click on it, it does nothing. The only way i can shut it off is by foreculy shutting it down or restarting my computer. I cant complete a scan with this issue present. Anyone know how to fix this?
