AVG Full version not reconised

I have done all you have suggested but still not workig as full protection,it knows the laptop is connected to the network but only as free version of avg,all other dervices i have added seem to be on the full version !!

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. It could be due to you have not activated the paid subscription on your wife's laptop. I have recently purchased the full version of internet security and added it to my mobile devices ok,
but my wife laptop still says that it has basic protection , it is using widows 7 home premium , any ideas ?
