as I have paid for 12months subscription and cannot  get the support I paid for supplied contact information does not work

Norman, AVG GO is quite legitimate (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/avg-go-tech-support).
Also in future please refrain from carrying out multiple topic postings on the same subject! You won't obtain an answer to your query any faster!.
