Please be informed that in the recent version the option to add devices was removed from AVG Zen interface.
Hence, it is not possible to send the invitation code and activate AVG subscription. You can log into AVG My Account in each device and download AVG product from there. However, please uninstall AVG Tuneup unlimited via control panel and reinstall it as per this article and check the status of AVG Tuneup user interface. Keep us informed about the status to assist further.

I have the same issue when trying to repair AVG tune-up and cannot for some reason press go to zen as I click it and nothing happens no loading bar, nothing happens and I want to add my friend to AVG zen.
