AVG Hacker Protection In Ultimate

Hello everyone, 
                        I have been using AVG Ultimate for a little over 2 years now and have never had a problem with any of the components of the program. However, recently My "Hacker Protection"(as well as my mom's, who is on my account) keeps randomly getting turned off.

Every time I reboot my computer, and often even when I leave my computer, I get a notification that "You are not protected". So, I open up the AVG dashboard and find that "Hacker Protection" is turned of again.
 

I am running Windows 10 on a Samsung NP355V5C with the latest updates.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly use clear from the below link and uninstall the AVG : 
https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover
Restart the PC and reinstall the AVG to fix this issue.
