I purchased the hardware support plan on 11-25-2017. Still have not t received my copy of the plan. Have talked to 5 plus reps about this. Each has told it me it was emailed. Still haven’t received, but I do get the Avg survey quickly after each conversation. I think that no one wants to hear a complaint & then said it was sent to placate the customer. Thinking spreading this over social media might get someone attention

I request you to check for confirmation email on spam and junk folders and it also recommended to check AVG emails from browser and not from an email client like Outlook.

Been down that road multiple times. Both junk 7 spam folders are deleted daily. On last talk with rep. I asked them to send to my secondary email. Still nothing. What does that say/
