May I know whether you are getting any error message while accessing/ opening Microsoft sway?
Also could you please confirm whether you have disabled the AVG Internet Security and checked the issue? If haven't kindly use the below steps to do so and check the issue.
> Right-click the AVG icon in the notification area of your Windows taskbar, then in the menu that appears, click the green slider next to Protection is ON.
> Click OK, stop to confirm that you want to disable all AVG protection.

I am a teacher and my principal sends out a weekly newsletter via Microsoft Sway. As I was trying to read it this morning, all the pictures were blocked and then suddenly, the complete SWAY was blocked. Any ideas of how I can fix this? This is something we are required to read each monday and is checked by our principal to ensure we've read it. TIA!
