(Open AVG Internet Security – Menu – About).
May I know at what instance you are unable to access the internet connection please?
If possible, please share us the screenshot of AVG program blocking internet connection in order to check and help you further.

I am having a similar issue worked fine last night now its blocking everything from connecting I get a DNS issue
