You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Secondly, refer to this article to temporarily disable the individual shields of your AVG Antivirus & narrow down which shield/component is causing the issue.

This new pop-up happens all the time.  What a pain, because I have to exit Yahoo or Google and use Monzilla to read what I click on!  I have taken AVG off and put it back on. Rebooted to no avail.  Help.
