AVG has crashed my computer

I have currently purchased AVG ultimate and downloaded on my computer that has Windows 7. I received a message that my computer has a problem and it needs to be fixed. There were numerous prompts to re-start my computer and I cannot access my computer at all. There is a constant loop with this message to re-start my computer and nothing else. I paid for AVG and have lost my computer…
I tried to contact AVG support, but the contact phone that is advertised on the website is free of charge number and cannot be reached from other countries. The other phones that are placed on the website have only fax numbers. What sort of service it this?
Could someone help me with this matter?

Click the start button and type "system restore" into the search box.  Above that you should see the "system restore" utility listed in the menu…Use the "System Restore" function to restore your computer to a time "before" you installed AVG, meaning make you click "show more restore points" if you have to, to choose a point before the installation of AVG… Get a refund on your purchase of AVG and ensure there is no billing subscription service set up or you will be surprised with a charge on your credit card for next year's subscription.   Go into Control Panel and use the Windows Defender under Security , update it, and run a full scan afterwards.
