just taken on £38.99 and £69.99 from my bank account. This is totally unacceptable. I have Bitdefender for all my security and I do not want AVG. How can I get my money refunded. I am 86 and have a severe hearing loss and cannot use a phone. I will take this further if I do not get an answer from AVG and my money back. Advice welcome.
