AVG has deleted an exe and it's not in the virus vault

Hello Jonas,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If AVG detects the threat and if you allow it to remove then the file should be present in the AVG virus vault but in your case it seems weird that it doesn't appear in the vault.
So we request you to completely reinstall AVG using our AVG remover tool and then after installation add the game hl2.exe file to AVG's Exception.
1) To download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

So, I installed AVG few weeks ago. And I had played gmod for few times after that without no problems. Today I normally launched gmod from my desktop and screen goes weird and AVG comes and says "Hey, your hl2.exe is a virus!" (original exe used to run gmod(half-life2)) and it forces me to delete the hl2.exe in order to get back to my desktop, so I do it. After that I did some google stuff and found out that there is a virus vault, and for my suprise it's empty. My trashbin is also empty.

The weirdest part is that AVG was the one to delete it, and that it was the one to find the "threat" in the first place. But in the AVG event history there is no sign of it deleting anything nor detecting anything.

Here is the moment of it forcing me to delete hl2.exe

And no it didn't let me click the x button in the top right corner

EDIT: Okay I found it from "Identity Protection Results" but it says it has been moved to the virus vault but again it's empty.
Do I need to reinstall gmod and uninstall AVG?
And is there any compromise me and AVG can make ?
