AVG has locked my phone, help

AVG Android support is provided through email only. Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I have a Sony Experia Z7 and I accidently pressed something whilst swiping it away.  I've never used it while using the phone, except surfing the net so I've never been given a pin code or anything.  Now the stupid tthing keeps making siren noises and saying this phone has been locked or stolen.  I bought the phone from Carphone warehouse who say they can't help me.  They wrote down that I would have to contact AVG (still waiting reply) and also to upload Sony companion.

I've got learning difficulties and got into a muddle with the instructions (which didn't work anyway) I'd like some one to sit down with me and help me, but even that's not possible.  So now I'm stuck with a phone that I'm unable to use, with noises on it that only stop when the battery dies.

Can anyone advise me what I can do please?  I'm fed up to the back teeth of being fobbed off and being told that there is nothing that can be done.

I have checked your previous case history and see that our mobile team had replied to your email. Please check your email inbox and follow the instructions to unlock your mobile.

Sorry after attempting to reply severale times, I have asked AVG to email me a new pin to unlock my phone.  It's no good sending it to my phone as I can't recieve it.  I'm still waiting for a response from them.
