I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please check if AVG firewall is configured with below recommended settings or not.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".
Make sure the above settings are applied and let us know if the issue persist.
I have just paid and downloaded the AGV full protection software. Since doing this is keeps stopping my email/outlook from working properly and at times i cant get onto the internet.
Why do i have to turn on and off my pc a few times a day just to get emails to work. Yes this is what ive been doing because when i do this it works again for a little while but not for long.
Very frustrating.
If a solution cant be found i hope AVG give refunds.
Please help.
Also in plain english, im just your everyday person not an IT person.
