AVG has stopped my internet on windows 7 after failing to uninstall

ive tried to update it and i get error code 0x80010299

it will not uninstall and now I know you need to download an AVG tool to uninstall 
but I have no connection so I cannot do that 
I have windows 7 64bit

How do I download it onto my mac and then transfer it to my PC 
it's my PC that isn't connecting because of AVG

Al, AVG remover tool is a .exe application and it is supported only on Windows platform.
It can't be downloaded from Mac.
Please try it from another windows PC or tablet and it will work for sure.
