Why has this happened ? I am using Win 7 and hovering over the icon gets me the message "You are not protected !" but virus definitions are up to date. However, the 'Program' (build 18.6.3066) won't update when I click on 'update'-is this the problem and how is it resolved ? Is it safe to use my PC at the moment ?
