AVG icon problems

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please open your task manager and check whether AVG services are running or not. If they are running, all components of your AVG are active and working fine. This is a known issue and our technical team are working on a fix which will be available in the coming updates. Hello.
Since AVG Internet Security changed it's interface about 2 months ago, the icon in the notification area stopped flicker during updating and there is also no "play" symbol of any process. I was waiting for corrections with new updates, I've got 16.131.7924 version today, but the icon is still "broken". How can I fix it?

I guess, reinstallation won't give desired results… Avinash said, it's a known issue, so I just hope my PC is protected and broken icon doesn't mean an error. 
By the way, it would be great if AVG asked me before version updating whether it's a good moment or not, because every time it happens I'm badly surprised, I'm online, many tabs are opened in my browser, various sites and at this moment my AVG turns off firewall, stops protection to update the program. Unnerving)

Task manager? Avgui.exe process or what services? As for components, all of them marked green, no exclamation signs. Here is my screenshot.

Could you please confirm whether you wish to schedule your program update? If so please follow the instructions provided below to schedule the updates of the program.
1. Open the AVG program.
2. Click on the Options and advanced settings from the right top corner.
3. Click on the + button before the schedules on the left panel.
4. Select the program update schedule.
5. You can schedule the update and click on the OK to save changes.
