I have AVG Internet security with a 2 year licence, and had 2015, and it worked all year, and went to update it to 2016, and the Idenity is not working, and try the fix button, and nothing, and called tec suport and they tried, and still not working, and sent me to a level 2 tec, and still not working, and now AVG said they will email me with a answer, and its been awhile, and I called, and AVG and just says were working on it, and I been with AVG since 2011, and never had this problem, and this is how they treat a regular customore by saying were working on it after weeks of waiting, and there the ones that made it there should be some one there that knows how to fix the problem
