Hi, thanks for the response. I downloaded the tool and ran it for 5 hours. It still says waiting and nothing is happening. I've also been able to determine it's not identity protection but something in AVG 2015. I have just recently upgraded from 2012 to 2105 and then started running into this issue. My current workaround is to disable AVG for 10 minutes, launch the Cisco Anyconnect VPN client and connect to the VPN. But, at this point, even though it's free and I prefer AVG, I'm considering another application so I don't have to deal with this.
AVG 2015 identity protection blocks my Cisco Anyconnect VPN client from connecting. If I disable the identity protection everything is fine but then there's an annoying exclamation point on the tray icon. Is there any way to either exclude the application from AVG or permanently disable identity protection without having the tray icon warning?

If previous tool didn't worked please try use this one (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/runner_en.exe).
Thanks
