Regarding your other concern, we'd like to inform you that AVG Secure Identity is available for use in New Zealand.
From your description, we assume that you ran into a technical issue while trying to setup AVG Secure Identity.
If you reconsider, please purchase an AVG Secure identity subscription again and get back to us, so that we can help you set it up.

Yesterday (10th September 2023), I paid for AVG Identity Protection , the order number being (Order number redacted). Unfortunately this morning when I went to put in my details I wasn't accepted as a customer as I live in New Zealand.
Please will you refund my credit card?
Just out of interest, will this service be available to NZers at a later date? If so, when?
